Terms of Service: All product information, prices, and specifications on this website are for reference only. Final details shall be subject to the contract signed by both parties.

After order confirmation, both parties shall fulfill obligations for payment, production, and shipment according to the contract. Product quality follows national standards and mutually confirmed technical agreements.

Shipping & Delivery: Production lead time depends on order quantity, specifications, and process requirements. Regular orders usually take 7-15 business days.

Shipping methods include dedicated logistics vehicles, sea freight, and land transportation. Freight allocation is negotiated by both parties, and tracking details are provided after shipment.

Refund & Return Policy: Verified quality issues, incorrect materials, or wrong dimensions may be eligible for return, replacement, or rework.

Costs caused by customer-side reasons shall be borne by the customer. Requests must be submitted within 7 days after receipt with supporting photos or test evidence. Customized products without quality issues are not eligible for return or replacement.
