1. Specifications

• Round Pipes: Outer diameter Φ6–Φ630mm, wall thickness 0.6–20mm            • Square Pipes: 10×10–200×200mm, wall thickness 0.6–8mm

• Rectangular Pipes: 10×20–150×300mm, wall thickness 0.6–8mm                    • Industrial Seamless Pipes: Φ14–Φ426mm, wall thickness 2–30mm

2. Length

• Decorative Pipes: Standard length 6m/piece, can be customized to 3m, 4m, 5m            • Industrial Seamless Pipes: Non-standard length 4–9m

3. Weight Calculation

• Round Pipes: (Outer diameter - wall thickness) × wall thickness × 0.02491 × length (m) = kg/piece

• Square Pipes: ((Side length × 4 ÷ 3.14) - wall thickness) × wall thickness × 0.02491 × length (m)

• Rectangular Pipes: ((Length + width) × 2 ÷ 3.14 - wall thickness) × wall thickness × 0.02491 × length (m)

4. Surface

• 2B surface: Matte, commonly used for industrial pipes            • Bright surface: Polished inside and out, sanitary grade

• Brushed HL: Hairline texture            • Mirror 8K: For decoration            • Pickled and passivated: Industrial seamless pipes

5. Applications

• Decorative Pipes: Railings, handrails, doors and windows, display racks            • Fluid Pipes: Water supply and drainage, oil and gas transportation

• Sanitary Pipes: Food, beverage, pharmaceutical, beer equipment                      • Industrial Pipes: Chemical industry, boilers, heat exchangers, mechanical structures

6. Stock

• Regular Stock: Mainly 304 material, Φ19, 25, 32, 38, 51, 63, 76, 89, 102mm            • Square Pipe Stock: 10×10–100×100mm

• 316L and thick-walled pipes are mostly made to order

7. Packaging

• Ordinary: Wrapped in woven bags and bundled            • Standard: Bubble wrap + woven bags

• Export: Moisture-proof film + carton/wooden frame + fumigated wooden pallet
